Abstract

本发明公开了一种掺铈卤化镧闪烁晶体的封装方法,其特征在于:闪烁晶体在低氧干燥环境中依次进行打磨(去除腐蚀层)、抛光和表面粗化;晶体的反光面与反射材料构成漫反射面,出光面与高折射率光耦合胶构成出光口,晶体出光面的最佳状态为锯齿状光学微观结构;设计一种耐震荡,耐温度冲击、防潮的闪烁晶体封装结构:三层复合保护结构(刚性套管+发泡隔热缓冲层+外壳);晶体前端的光耦合剂和后端的弹性垫片是软弹性材料;后盖与刚性垫片之间有空隙,改善隔热效果;采用双道复合密封胶粘结外壳接缝处。
